Showcase Productions was born in 2010 when Jody and Tammy Maxx purchased the January Bridal Show from David Powell and Tuxedo Junction. Being the owners of two long-standing, successful businesses, Music to the Maxx and A Night to Remember Event Planning, we embarked on the journey to make the Lubbock Bridal Showcase the largest Bridal Showcase in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Each year, we bring together over 125 different Wedding Merchants in this one day show so that brides can spend the day planning the perfect wedding.
Serving as Chamber Ambassadors, you can catch Tammy and Jody at ribbon cuttings and many other activities sponsored by The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce. Upon invitation, Tammy recently joined a fabulous association called Women’s Executive Forum. She’s also on the Board of Directors for The Morris Safe House… never too busy to help the fur babies.
Through the years, Tammy has been elected to various Executive Offices, including 2 terms as President, as well as the Board of Directors for the Bridal Service Associates (now West Texas Bridal).
Tammy and Jody also attend several conferences every year to ensure the Lubbock Bridal Showcase remains on the cutting edge… including The Knot, Wedding Wire, and also the Wedding MBA in Las Vegas.
